From working with the private client services group of a prestigious law firm and another boutique practice, Neeli G. Shah works hard to create a confidential environment where her clients feel comfortable. She believes that for any well-drafted plan to work in practice, it must also work within the dynamics of each unique family. Neeli was born in India and moved to Hartselle, Alabama when she was 13 years old. She has personally experienced many of life's uncertainties and brings that experience into her practice, but above anything, she values family and relationships.
Her personal background gives her a unique and compassionate perspective to Estate and Business Succession Planning and Estate Administration and it is this comprehensive view with which she serves all her clients that often turns many of her clients into lifelong friendships. Neeli is also a CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) and assists business owners plan exit strategies for one of their most valuable assets, be it through family succession, sale or employee empowerment.
As a mother of two little boys, she is mindful of the fact that your family is your most valuable asset. She has the big law pedigree with the heart and soul of the small practice. She leads with gratitude and looks to add value. With 11+ years of experience in the Trusts and Estates industry, she has represented many individuals, families, small businesses, and non-profits.
