Sheetal R. Desai

Sheetal Desai is an accomplished attorney and partner at The Trusted Lawyers, a Desai Law Group, PC. Her areas of practice include commercial transactions, real estate, corporate law and commercial litigation. Following her education at the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin, Sheetal began her professional career in Chicago. Two years later, she married Ritesh ("Rick") Desai and moved to the Atlanta area where she has been practicing law ever since. Her intellect and her dedication to her clients have led to a large and loyal client following. Sheetal is also a CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) and assists business owners plan exit strategies for one of their most valuable assets, be it through family succession, sale or employee empowerment.
Aside from her legal work, Sheetal Desai is also heavily invested in the community by serving as:
- President of the Southeast Chapter of the US Pan-Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC-SE)
- Member of the Judicial Nominations Commission, appointed by Governor Brian Kemp
- Member of the Gwinnett County Outreach Advisory Board
- Co-chair for Solo and Small Firms (SSF) in Georgia Asian-Pacific American Bar Association (GAPABA).
- Lead for Public Relations and Government Relations Team at the BAPS (Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar-Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha) Atlanta Mandir
- Pro-Bono Counsel for Asian-Pacific American Council of Georgia (APAC-GA)
- Former Member of Advisory Board for the United Way - Gwinnett
- Former Co-chair for Women's Empowerment on the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Sheetal and her husband are proud parents of there three daughters. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, exploring local and state parks, travelling and spending time with her family.
